Changing your mind
You may cancel your online purchase without giving a reason from placing your order until 14 days after the day you receive it. Email using the contact page or write to the address below with a clear cancellation statement. Include your order number, name, address and contact information. You may use the cancellation form in our Terms and Conditions, but do not have to.
Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You pay the direct return postage cost for a change-of-mind return. Please package the goods securely and retain proof of posting. Please return the product, storage bag and instruction card supplied.
You may open the packaging and inspect the product as you would in a shop. Opening the packaging does not remove your cancellation right. Where legally permitted, we may deduct loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.
Your refund
For cancellation of the whole order, we refund the product price and standard outbound delivery charge. Any premium-delivery surcharge is excluded. We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until one of those events occurs. If goods have not been dispatched, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise; no refund administration fee applies.
Faulty or damaged goods
Contact us if your product is faulty, damaged on delivery, incorrectly supplied, not as described or unfit for its intended purpose. Provide your order details and describe the problem. Photos can help but are not mandatory where impractical. We cover reasonable return costs for such goods; contact us to arrange the return.
You normally have a 30-day short-term right to reject non-conforming goods. Later rights may include repair or replacement and, in appropriate circumstances, a price reduction or refund. Your statutory rights are not limited to the change-of-mind window.
